This program has the ability to show logs in real time for advanced users but to see them easily, anyone can download a tool called "DebugView" by Mark Russinovich from Microsoft's site. Once downloaded, just extract the files from the zip archive to any suitable folder then run the "dbgview.exe"
program. Take some time to customize the various settings as you like then just start TreeWalk while the debug viewer is running and you will see all the messages in real time. To increase the logging level you could use the TreeWalk Control Panel (located in the Start Menu Program group), keeping in mind that if you increase the debug level or enable querylog the TreeWalk performance will be negatively affected due to the
fact that the program will need to log a large amount of information.
If you wish to learn how to set up TreeWalk's internal logger for logging and debugging, just search the site and forums with relevent keywords, like "debugview" and "logging". If you have questions, please place them in the "config.discuss" forum or newsgroup.
